This project involved addressing a series of complex challenges which we assisted with; Lifting Teams, Plant Operators, Demolition Labourers and a full Logistics and Traffic Management Team were put into place to cover the work which included Structural Demolition including soft strip, Cut & carve demolition, Restricted access piling and Sheet Piling. The project also included a reduced level dig, foundation lowering beneath building utilising jacking frames, construction of basement structure and an 11 storey RC core, façade retention frame and jacking of floors on retained buildings to new design levels and facades to new design levels following full structural demolition. Construction of new steel framed CLT building including composite slab, scaffold independents to suit all works and 3 x tower cranes including one to be repositioned high in the air were also needed.
