    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Danny began his career in the British Army before moving into facilities management, where he came to understand the need for tailored recruitment rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. He wanted to establish a specialist recruitment solution, staffed by experts in their respective fields who would have in-depth understanding of client needs in different sectors. Danny established Romax Solutions in 2012. As part of the company’s charitable endeavours, he is a Patron of the Ben Kinsella Trust.

    DIRECTOR

    An integral member of the team at Romax Solutions since 2012, Harry brings over 14 years’ worth of experience within the construction and recruitment industry. His extensive expertise within the demolition, remediation, civil engineering, general build and logistics sectors is invaluable in his role as both acting client consultant and operation and leadership management at Romax.

    SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Charlie plays a pivotal role in recruiting specialist trades and labour for construction contractors across the UK. Part of the company almost since its inception, he has been instrumental in its growth and success. Starting as a 360 consultant, Charlie has developed deep expertise across all sectors within construction, with a particular focus on stonework, brickwork, and restoration. In addition to recruitment, his role spans business development, sales, project delivery, team leadership and management.

    Danika has worked her way up through the accounts department and now proudly holds the role of Senior Finance & Payroll Administrator. Over 10 years’ experience in construction recruitment has led to an invaluable insight into the fast-paced nature of the industry and what it takes to keep everything running smoothly. Recent success with AAT Level 2, Danika always looks to new challenges to keep growing and refining her skills.

Luchia is also our company health practitioner and carries out Face Fit Testing and Health Assessments both internally and externally to our clients.
