VICTORIA HOUSE

This 300,000sq ft Bloomsbury Square Grade 2 listed building involved a complex demolition and refurbishment to convert it into a Grade A wet lab-enabled life sciences space.

We assisted with the supply of operatives for original soft strip out, the clearing and installation of new drainage works, careful removal of listed stone works, the use of robotic demolitions employing the use of a Brokk as well diamond drilling and saw cutting. These included CCDO Operatives, Groundworkers, and Machine operators. The project required pinpoint precision as, due to its listed status, retention of the original facades and finishes was vital.
