To complete an asbestos removal and demolition of a National Grid site in Ashford for a leading UK contractor, this project required a detailed recruitment plan to help put together a specialised team of 12 Skilled Demolition and IPAF operatives.
We were able to relocate several selected specialised workers from our database to stay in local accommodation, ensuring our client had access to operatives 12 hours a day, Monday – Sun. The team consisted of Blue and Green CCDO Operatives, IPAF Operatives, Asbestos Operatives as well as a lead ganger holding a Black CSCS overseeing the team.
